If a user of your Treez Ecommerce Admin account forgets their login credentials, a fellow user with access to the account can generate a temporary password, allowing the other user to log back in.
Login to Treez Ecommerce Admin and navigate to Settings → Users
Find the user who has forgotten their password and click the ... icon under the Actions menu, then click Generate Password
In the modal popup that appears, click the Generate Password button to confirm
You will then see a success message along with a modal popup with the new temporary password. Click the icon to copy the temporary password.
You can then paste the password into an email or message to share it with the corresponding team member.
Ensure the team member updates their password to a more secure, permanent one after regaining access to the account.
