External partner route for fetching TreezPay status
This ensures a new public parter route is exposed, to fetch the payment details either by passing payid or referenceid via Query param.
New public
partnerroute is created.New fetch API can take either PayId or ReferenceId via query param
Return payment payload as current public fetch && return an lite invoice array if payId is non existent.
Includes the Invoice attributes -> status, invoiceId, timestamps
