If the product is received into Treez and then returned to the vendor so the vendor can correct the category, the BarcodeID would also have to be changed when the product is resent to the retailer as Treez will not allow a BarcodeID to be received more than once.
This is to prevent reporting inconsistencies throughout the platform.
If the product is received into Treez and the retailer is able to work with the state to update the category, the Purchasing Page will reflect the updated category, but the Inventory received in Treez will still have the old BioTrack Category associated with it.
This shouldn't cause problems at this time because Treez does not use the BioTrack Inventory Type currently.
The BioTrack Inventory type is not visible to the User except in the Purchasing Page which is actively updated from BioTrack when the page loads. This will assist Retailers in locating incorrectly categorized packages and reflect the most recent Inventory Type when the page is reloaded after an Inventory Type has been updated in BioTrack.
