Our new TSYS integration allows SellTreez users to integrate Dejavoo terminals to use Pin/Debit rails directly.

Pin/Debit allows users to make payments directly to the dispensary using their debit card without the need for cash!

Pin/Debit also offers the marked improvement of allowing users to not have to offer change back, unlike the existing Cashless ATM. Victory!

An 'Authorization' status will be introduced to customers using ACH. This feature allows orders to be treated as 'Authorized' by Stronghold until the order is moved to 'Completed' or 'Out for Delivery' status.

'Authorized' status means Stronghold has checked the status of the customer’s bank account, and the account is active and funded.

An authorization check does not pull funds from the account immediately, allowing SellTreez users to cancel 'Authorization' status tickets without processing a refund. A 'Paid' status occurs after an order has been moved to 'Completed' or 'Out for Delivery', at which point, Stronghold then pulls funds from the account.

Error handling has been added that prompts users to relink their bank accounts when the account has become 'stale' and requires a new login for Stronghold ACH.

A Thank You page has been introduced to Treez eCommerce that will allow for improved marketing analytics relating to conversions.

When a customer checks out, they will now be greeted with a 'Thank You' page indicating a successful transaction. We suggest using this page to track conversions in external marketing tools such as Google Analytics. Reach out to your Account Manager to upload a logo on this page!

We added functionality to allow users to filter what message a customer receives based on whether they have paid with an ACH or non-ACH method.

New configuration alert! Lab results can now be configured to be a required field which will then cause any invoice lines with the missing required lab results to be highlighted. Reach out to your Account Manager or Treez Support to have this feature enabled.

Non-Inventory products are tax-free and excluded from any tax calculations.

Non-Inventory products are non-cannabis and can be used for charges such as Fees/Add Service charges.

Packaging allows SellTreez users to break down bulk flower inventory into smaller, sellable sizes while tracking the sale of those products compliantly in Metrc.

All Metrc users can only pack bulk flower.

AZ users can pack bulk flower and bulk extract products.

All users will only be able to pack one product at a time. This feature doesn’t allow for multiple products to be selected and packed from.

This feature has a reporting feature under the 'Packaging History' tab in Inventory Management. In this tab, users will be able to see all the packing actions taken during any date range, print out labels for any product, and export the report in a CSV format.

To make it easier to troubleshoot Metrc reporting issues, we have added row filters so you can easily find relevant Sales or Inventory Adjustments in Metrc Control.

If your instance has Metrc enabled, it will not be possible to add cannabis products to an invoice manually, as expected. This is a safety feature to ensure Metrc compliance.
