7:30 AM (PDT): We are aware of an issue causing slow load times in the SellTreez POS for users who were upgraded to version 65.22.0. We are working towards a resolution now. A hotfix will be deployed soon, causing roughly 30 minutes of downtime. This downtime is essential so systems are operational the rest of the day.
7:35 AM (PDT): Deployment started for mandatory maintenance. We are expecting roughly 30 minutes of downtime for clients who were upgraded to version 65.22.0 last night.
8:15 AM (PDT): Many clients are starting to see services come back online. We will post an update here when all clients have been fully restored.
9:04 AM (PDT): All stores have been fully restored and services are running as expected. This issue is now resolved.
