How do I search for a customer in the POS?

Answer:

You can always search for a customer in the directory by typing their name into the search bar in Sell Treez. To do so, navigate to SellTreez.

• Select No Customer and log in to SellTreez using your unique PIN.
• From the sales screen, type the customer’s name into the ‘Search Customer’ bar at the top of the screen and hit Search.
• Click on the correct member from the drop-down list. Now, this member is properly linked to the current order, and details about this customer can be seen in the upper left-hand corner of the POS screen.
