How do I request access to LearnTreez Training Courses?
Answer:
To request access to LearnTreez, navigate to: Treez Help Center (moodlecloud.com)
- Click “Request access to LearnTreez”
- Fill out the form with all the required information
- Hit Submit
- All users will receive an email from Moodle with their usernames and passwords to access the system and instructions on how to change their passwords.
- Once logged in user can begin taking each course and the quizzes associated with them
- Please note: Student accounts expire after 60 days
- Managers will receive “grade books” after a week to follow the progress of their employees
ROLES
Roles are used to determine the best set of courses for each student. Many of the courses are specifically designed for certain roles so may not be applicable for all employees. Managers and champions should take all of the courses, so they have a holistic understanding of Treez software and how it enables their daily workflows. Any student is welcome to take all of the courses, but managers can choose the courses best suited to their employee's daily activities.

Online Fulfillment Training:
- Budtenders, Managers
Inventory Training:

In App Reporting Training:
- Managers, Accountant if applicable
Cash Handling Training:
- Managers, Accounting
Discount Training:
- Managers
Product Management Training:
- Managers, Purchasing Managers, Inventory Managers
