How Does the new CA Delivery Feature Work with True Up?

Question:

How does the new CA Delivery feature work with True Up?  Will there be discrepancies?

Answer:

The CA Delivery feature workflow should not create any discrepancies that would show up in True Up. The delivery sales that fail to post to METRC will be blocked from going out for delivery until the packages are resolved, so by the time the orders are OFD* > Completed, they will already be in METRC and should be correct. 

If an order is cancelled this will also be reported to METRC.

Please Note: Warnings are shown once you create a group in METRC. If a change needs to be made to a delivery order, updates to METRC must also be made, and this is manual.  Best practice is if a change to an order must be made when it is in the "out for delivery" stage, cancel the order and make a new one.
