Added new <code>custom_invoice_fields</code> array:

- <code>name</code> - the name of the custom field saved in configurations (read-only)
- <code>description</code> - the static description of the custom field saved in configurations (read-only)
- <code>value</code> - saves the value of the custom field in the invoice
