Why Does a Product Show Up in The API Response, But Not in The Product Group in the UI?

Question:

Why does a product show up in the API response, but not in the product group in the UI?

Answer:

If a product has zero sellable inventory it will not show up in the UI.

Product API will return zero inventory items, but they will not display in the product group UI. Since the product group can be dynamic based on the selected filters. items will add/drop from the list in the UI automatically as they sell out and are replenished. The screenshot below is the perfect example of this:

EX: rand=wyld, subtype = gummy. This filter will dynamically drop products if they hit zero sellable, re-add them when inventory is replenished, and automatically add newly added products that match this criterion.
