All saved or completed orders have a history log that show when the order moved through various stages. You can view these from SellTreez or via the Fulfillment dashboard.
Step 1: Navigate to SellTreez and select No Customer.
Step 2: Click the Current Sale tile. If the order you’re looking for is a Saved Sale click View Saved Sales. If the order you’re looking for has already been completed click View Recent Receipts.
Step 3: Use the search bar or scroll down the list until you find the order, then click on it.
Step 4: Click History Log at the bottom of the screen to view the order history log.
From the Fulfillment Dashboard
NOTE: Only orders with a status of 'Completed' will display an Order History from the Fulfillment Dashboard.
Step 1: Navigate to the Fulfillment dashboard.
Step 2: Use the search bar in the upper left-hand corner of the screen to find the order you’re looking for, and click on the order card.
Step 3: Click ‘Order History’ to view the order history log.
