If a customer has automatic discounts being applied to their order, either through a 'Customer Group' discount (e.g., senior, veteran, employee, etc.) or an automatic discount created through the discount module (via Discount Management), these can be easily removed.
Once a product has been added to the cart, a sum of discounts applied to a line item will auto-populate in the 'Discount' column. To view a detailed breakdown of the discounts, tap the oval.
Simply identify which discounts you'd like to remove and tap the X next to the corresponding one. Once the discount has been removed, it will disappear from the product line and will no longer be applied.
NOTE: If there are multiple discounts being automatically applied, you will see a separate X for each discount.
