Configuring TreezPay Integrated ATM
Now that you've set-up your PIN pad, you need to complete a few configurations. This process has three sections which all must be completed before you can use TreezPay:

Adding Integrated ATMs to Cash Handling

Step 2: Check the box to enable TreezPay Debit.
Step 3: Use the default routing account dropdown to select which account will track incoming TreezPay amounts.
Step 4: Enter your TranCloud Device ID, found on the underside of your TranCloud unit.
Step 5: Enter your Merchant ID (MIDS), which is provided to you in your introductory email from GreenLink.
Step 6: Click Save.

Adding Integrated ATMs to the Point of Sale
Step 7: Navigate to Configurations > Config Page > Point of Sale > Payment Types.
Step 8: Slide the TreezPay Debit toggle to On (green).
Step 9: Add optional payment fees that will be charged to the customer for every transaction under 'Payment Fees Configuration'. The fee can be percentage-based, a flat fee, or a combination of both.
NOTE: To recoup 100% of your processing fee for each transaction, set these fields to 1.05% and $0.21, respectively.

Adding PIN pads
Step 10: Navigate to Configurations > Config Page > Hardware Agent. Expand the location where you'd like to use the PIN pad, then expand the TreezPay section under the scanner and printer options.
Step 11: Select the printers and scanners you'd like to use at this location (if you haven't already).
NOTE: If you'd like to print receipts using Print Window at the terminal where you're using TreezPay, select Print Window from the 'Receipt Printer' dropdown under the desired location and move on to the next step.
Step 12: Slide the Card PIN Reader toggle to On.
Step 13: The 'TranCloud Device ID' field will default to Use Global ID, which will use the TranCloud entered in Config Page > Cash Handling > Payment Types.
If you have multiple TranCloud devices at your store and would prefer to use another TranCloud at this location, select Override and enter your preferred unit's Device ID.
Step 14: Enter the Terminal ID (TID) provided to you in your introductory email from GreenLink in the associated field.
NOTE: If you're unable to locate your TID, double check the email address you provided to Greenlink during the sign-up process is correct. If you're still unable to find the TID, please contact your Treez sales representative.
Step 15: Enter the Mac address (Example: 00:0F:42:01:16:11 or 000F42011611) printed on the label on the back of the PIN pad in the 'PIN pad Mac address field'. Note: Depending on which PIN pad you're using, the address label may be found on a label behind the battery instead of on the exterior of the PIN pad.
Step 16: Click Test to verify connectivity to the device.
NOTE: If the test fails, it may be due to an IT architecture issue. In some cases, (if your store has a particularly complex network) it may be a better option to enter the PIN pad IP address and PIN pad IP port in their respective fields instead of using the Mac address. We recommend consulting your IT administrator before trying this option.
Step 17: Save your settings by selecting Save. Now, when this hardware location is selected in SellTreez, you'll be able to process debit transactions with Treez Pay. Also, when you go to close shifts, the amount you transacted using TreezPay will be automatically populated in the Cash Handling module.
