This issue, pictured above, occurs when Chrome blocks our cookies. To fix this issue, first try Solution 1 outlined below. If the problem persists, scroll down to follow the steps outlined in Solution 2 to whitelist our site.
Step 1: Click the eye icon in the URL bar.
Step 2: Click on the Allow Cookies button.
Step 1: Open Chrome’s Settings page by navigating to the icon located furthest to the right of the URL bar. Select the icon and click Settings from the dropdown.
Step 2: Scroll down to the 'Privacy and security' section and select Cookies and other site data.
Step 3: Under the section titled 'See all cookies and site data', whitelist the site: treez-io.domo.com by selecting the Add button to the right and typing in the site. Check the box 'All cookies, on this site only', and click Add.
Step 4: Refresh the page.
