Average Transaction Time by Ticket Type
This recipe shows you how to find the transaction time of your various sales channels.
Step 1: Navigate to your AskTreez portal and select the ‘Retail’ drop-down tab.
Step 2: In the Retail drop-down menu, select the ‘Performance Overview’ dashboard.
Step 3: Scroll down to the ‘Ticket Type’ table and locate the ‘Avg Transaction Time (MIN)’ column to identify the transaction time for each ticket type.

Top Performing Cashier by Month
This recipe shows you how to find your top-performing sales associate and the KPIs and products associated with their sales performance.
Step 1: In AskTreez, click the Retail drop-down tab.
Step 2: In the Retail drop-down menu, select the ‘Cashier Performance’ dashboard.
Step 3: Scroll to the Date Range filter and select your date range.
Step 4: Continue scrolling down until you reach the ‘Cashier Snapshot’ table. Click the KPI column heading to sort the table.

View Gross Receipts for First Time Customers
This recipe shows you how to filter and analyze gross receipts for your first-time customers.
Step 1: In your AskTreez portal, click the Retail drop-down tab.
Step 2: In the Retail drop-down menu, select the ‘Retail Manager’ dashboard.
Step 3: Scroll down to the ‘Customer Type’ filter and select ‘First Time Customer’.
Step 4: Scroll back to the top of the dashboard and view your Gross Receipts total now filtered by first-time customers.

See Which of Your Products Are Close to Expiring
This recipe shows you how to find expiring products.
Step 1: In AskTreez, click the Inventory drop-down tab.
Step 2: In the Inventory drop-down menu select the ‘Retail Inventory Aging’ dashboard.
Step 3: Scroll to the ‘Expired Filter’ and search by ‘Almost Expired’. This will return products that are within 60 days of expiring.
Step 4: Scroll further down to the ‘Inventory Age’ grid. It will now show you all products that are within 60 days of expiring.
NOTE: This will only update for products that have expiration dates added to their invoice product profile.

Which Products Have Been in Inventory the Longest
This recipe shows you how to identify the products that have been sitting on your shelf the longest.
Step 1: In AskTreez, click the Inventory drop-down tab.
Step 2: In the Inventory drop-down menu select the ‘Inventory Aging’ dashboard.
Step 3: Scroll down to the ‘Inventory Age’ grid.
Step 4: In the Inventory Age grid, sort the table by clicking the ‘Days in Inventory’ column. Now you will see how long a product has been sitting on your shelf since it was accepted into your inventory.
