- We’ve renamed the ‘New Customer’ metric card to ‘One Time Customer’ as it captures the number of one-time customers over the selected date range, regardless of which filter (Sign Up Date or Last Visit Date) is used.
- We’ve also added a ‘Total Customers’ card which captures the total customer count depending on the filter(s) being used. When no filter is selected, this value captures the total number of customers that have ever purchased at your store. If filtering by Sign Up Date, this is the count of customers that signed up during the selected date range. If filtering by Last Visit Date, this is the count of customers who last visited during the selected date range.
- Whenever a customer’s profile is edited to have the same First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Drivers license number as an existing profile, we will consider these two profiles to be the same customer and reduce the 'Total Customer' count.
