How do I add a user to AskTreez?
Answer:
Treez Support would be happy to add a new user to AskTreez for you. Simply submit your request to support@treez.io and provide us with the email address of the user you would like added. If your organization has multiple stores, please let us know if the user should have access to all stores within your organization or just specific stores.
NOTE: The request to add a new user must come from an Authorized user within your SellTreez instance. This is for the safety and security of your data. An authorized user is defined as users belonging to the User Group of 'Manager', 'Cash Manager', or a User Group of equal permissions. For verification purposes, the email address used to request AskTreez access must match the email address listed in SellTreez User Management.
