How do I require scanning when adding items to an order?
Answer:
There are two ways to ensure that all items in a cart are being scanned and not manually added:
For your sales floor:
- Navigate to Config Page > Point of Sale > Require Scanning POS and ensure the toggle is on.
For your Fulfillment Dashboard:
- Navigate to Config Page > eCommerce > Saved Sales Fulfillment and ensure the toggle is on.
