AskTreez Product Update - Customer Referral Source

On Jan 11th, 2022, The AskTreez team implemented chart changes to the Customer Overview Dashboard. The changes were made in both underlying raw data and visualizations in the customer referral source sections:

For the underlying data, there are no changes with respect to the raw customer source data. These changes solely clean up typos, unify the upper- and lower-case format (i.e., Google vs. GOOGLE), and combine similar strings (i.e., WEEDMAP vs. Other:WEEDMAP).

We implemented this unprocessed customer referral source data, so you have more clarity on the reasons why visitors stop by your dispensaries.

For visualizations, the AT team removed the previous tree map (a.k.a. the tile table) & line charts and swapped it with a table. The new table contains different customer referral sources and a number of distinct customers for each source type. This table is also downloadable, which can be beneficial if you have further analytical needs.
