Configure Curbside Pickup
Log in to your Treez Ecommerce Admin.
Navigate to Settings → Customizations.
Toggle Curbside Ordering to ON.
In the Stores with Curbside enabled field, select the store(s) where Curbside Ordering should be available at checkout. At least one store is required.
This is a multi-select — you can add multiple stores or just one.
Curbside will only show at checkout for the stores selected here.
Update the Curbside Pickup Placeholder text to guide customers in providing relevant vehicle details for pickup (e.g., “Car Color & License Plate”).
Click Update & Publish to apply the changes.
Voila! You will now see the Curbside fulfillment option on the checkout page of your Ecommerce site.
Managing Curbside Schedules
Curbside schedules let you define fulfillment hours specifically for curbside orders.
If a curbside schedule is not defined for a location, Treez Ecommerce uses that location's pickup schedule as the fallback.
Create a curbside schedule
1. Navigate to Treez Ecommerce Admin > Settings > Curbside Schedules.
2. Select Add Curbside Schedule.
3. Configure the following information:
Name: Enter a name that identifies the schedule.
Store Provider ID: Select the location that should use this schedule.
Note: Enter an optional note about the schedule.
Configure working hours and time slots
Configure working hours in the same way you configure pickup or delivery schedules:
1. Select a day of the week.
2. Set the Working Hours Start Time and Working Hours End Time.
3. Choose how time slots should be created:
Turn on Automatic generation of time slot to have the system generate time slots based on the configured working hours.
Leave automatic generation off to configure the time slots and cutoff times manually.
4. Turn on Apply this configuration to everyday to use the same hours for every day.
5. To use different hours, leave that setting off and configure each day of the week separately.
When configuring time slots manually, make sure the time slots fully cover the location's working hours to avoid interval assignment issues.
6. Save.
7. Select Purge Cache to apply the updated schedule to the Ecommerce site.
When a customer selects Curbside during checkout, they will only see the available curbside hours configured for that location.
