Incorrect Payment Provider Credentials
Another possible cause is incorrect credentials entered in the TreezPay portal. Please confirm the following details with your ACH provider:
Merchant ID
Location UUID
Location ID
Make sure these values are entered exactly as provided. Even a minor error can prevent successful integration.
