Keeping your brand images current on your Treez eCommerce site helps customers easily recognize the brands you carry and enhances your storefront’s visual appeal. This article walks you through the steps to update or add brand images to the /brands page.


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log into Prismic

To get started, visit your Prismic CMS and log in with your account credentials.

2. Locate the Brands List Page

In your Prismic content library:

  • Search for the page titled brands_list_page.

  • Click to open it for editing.

3. Add or Update a Brand

Each brand listed should follow this format:

  • Brand Name: This must be an exact match to how the brand is spelled in your Treez POS. Consistency is key for syncing to work properly.

4. Upload the Brand Image

  • Add the brand's image in the designated image field.

  • Use a high-quality logo or product-representative image for best results.

5. Save and Publish

Once your updates are complete:

  • Click Save.

  • Then Publish to push your changes live on the /brands page.


Pro Tip: Missing Brands?

If you don’t see all the brands from your Treez POS in the Prismic interface:

  1. Navigate to your Treez Ecommerce Admin.

  2. Purge the Cache — This action will pull a fresh and updated list of brands from your POS into the site.

Note: It may take a few minutes for the cache purge to take full effect. Refresh your Prismic window afterward to check for updates.
