Overview

The Catalog History Log provides a detailed audit trail of all changes made to your products and SKUs in the Treez Catalog module. Whether you’re troubleshooting an issue, verifying recent edits, or simply reviewing your team’s activity, the History Log offers transparency into what changed, when it changed, and who made the change.

What types of changes are logged?

  • Product-level updates (e.g., Name, Brand, Subcategory, etc.)

  • SKU-level updates (e.g., Total Amount, Total mg THC, Description, etc.)

  • Store-specific pricing actions

  • Attribute additions or removals

  • Image uploads or removals

  • New SKU creation

  • Custom name or visibility toggles

💡 Note: Catalog History began recording on July 7, 2025. Changes made before this date are not available in the History Log.

Accessing the Catalog History Log

There are two easy ways to access the history for a product:

From the Products List

  1. Navigate to Catalog > Products

  2. Select a product

  3. Click the “View History Log” button

From the Edit Product View

  1. Open a product edit page

  2. In the bottom left corner of the edit window, click “View History Log”

Understanding the History Log

Each entry in the history log includes:

  • Date and time of the change

  • Full name of the user who made the update

  • Field that was updated (Product or SKU)

  • A summary of the change(s)


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see who made the changes?

Yes, each entry in the log lists the Full Name of the user who performed the action.


Can I filter or search the log?

At this time, filtering is not available in the Catalog History Log. All entries are shown in reverse chronological order.


Does it include changes from integrations?

At this time, changes made via integrations are captured, but they lack proper user attribution. For example, they may appear without user name.
