Overview
Control whether customers can combine a promo code with a loyalty reward on the same order in Treez Ecommerce. When stacking is OFF, customers must choose either a promo code or a loyalty reward, not both.
Default behavior
Default setting is ON for all stores.
How it works
ON: Customers can stack coupon-based manual discounts and loyalty rewards on the same order.
OFF: Customers can use either a promo code or a loyalty reward per order, but not both. The checkout will prompt them to choose one.
How to configure the toggle
Log in to the Ecommerce Administration Dashboard.
Go to Customizations.
Scroll to the Checkout section (Checkout header).
Find “Allow Coupon & Loyalty Stacking” and flip the toggle ON or OFF.

How to verify it’s working
Toggle OFF:
Update&Publish. Refresh checkout and confirm a customer cannot apply both a promo code and a loyalty reward at the same time.
Toggle ON:
Update&Publish. Refresh checkout and confirm a customer can apply both a promo code and a loyalty reward.
