Onfleet 2-Way Integration: Valid Success Reasons

This article explains the acceptable success reasons when using the Onfleet 2-way integration with Treez and how to configure them in your system.

Valid Success Reasons

When completing deliveries in Onfleet, only the following success reasons are valid for the 2-way integration with Treez:

  • CREDIT

  • DEBIT

  • ACH

  • CASHLESS_ATM

  • CHECK

  • CASH

Important: Success reasons are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as they are shown in this article.

Default Behavior

Important: If a success reason is selected that does not match one of the valid options listed above, the system will automatically default to CASH as the payment method in Treez.

This default behavior ensures orders can still be completed, but may result in inaccurate payment method reporting if invalid success reasons are used.

Adding / Editing Success Reasons

Adding or editing a Success Reason in Onfleet is simple. To do so:

  1. Navigate to your Onfleet portal

  2. Access the Settings β†’ Driver App options

  3. Find the "Task completion reasons" section where the Success Reason values are stored

  4. Add or edit values as needed, ensuring they match the valid options listed above

Missing Payment Options

If your business requires a payment method that is not included in the list of valid success reasons:

  1. Contact Treez Support for assistance

  2. Provide details about the additional payment method you need

  3. Our team will evaluate your request and provide guidance

Best Practices

  • Ensure all team members using Onfleet are familiar with the valid success reasons

  • Double-check your success reason selection before completing orders

  • Regularly verify that payment methods in Treez match your actual transaction types
