Overview

When using the Onfleet 2-way integration (where orders closed in Onfleet are automatically closed in Treez), it is critical that your driver profiles contain the necessary Treez metadata to complete transactions properly.

Required Metadata Fields

Two specific metadata fields must be correctly configured in each driver profile:

  • Treez Employee ID

  • Treez Cash Drawer

Locating the Employee ID

  1. Navigate to Treez → User Management

  2. Open the user profile that corresponds to the Onfleet driver

  3. Locate the "Employee Number" field

  4. Use this exact value for the Treez Employee ID metadata in Onfleet

Locating the Cash Drawer

  1. In your Treez store, navigate to Nav Menu → Configuration → Config Page → Cash Handling → Existing Accounts

  2. Identify the account name you want to associate with the driver profile

  3. Copy this exact name and use it as the Treez Cash Drawer metadata in Onfleet

Important Notes

  • Values must match exactly what is displayed in Treez or orders may not close as expected

    • To ensure accuracy, always copy and paste the Employee ID and Cash Drawer values directly from Treez rather than typing them manually

  • If your Onfleet driver profiles do not contain these metadata fields, contact Treez Support for assistance
