Enabling Treez (Sticky) Loyalty on Treez Ecommerce

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that Treez Loyalty integration is configured in your Treez POS system. For setup instructions, refer to our Treez Sticky Loyalty configuration guide.

Overview

Treez Loyalty, powered by Sticky Cards, enables retailers to offer points-based rewards that customers can earn and redeem seamlessly at checkout. Rewards are created and managed in Treez, then automatically sync to your ecommerce storefront for a unified loyalty experience.

Installation and Configuration

Step 1: Install the Treez Loyalty App

  1. Log into your Treez Ecommerce admin portal

  2. Navigate to Apps and select Install Apps

  3. Locate Treez Loyalty App and click Install

  4. Open the newly installed app to begin configuration

Step 2: Configure App Settings

  1. Enable program types: Toggle on Use for Subscription and/or Use for Rewards based on your loyalty program setup

  2. Add your API key:

    1. Log into your SellTreez portal

    2. Navigate to Configuration β†’ Config Page β†’ Integration β†’ Loyalty Integration

    3. Copy your API key and paste it into the app configuration

      1. If the Sticky Cards Loyalty Integration is not yet live, please refer to our Treez Sticky Loyalty configuration guide.

  3. Select stores: Choose which store locations should have loyalty enabled from the Store Provider ID dropdown menu

  4. Add your Wallet URL: Enter the Wallet URL provided in your Sticky Card Portal

  5. Save changes: Click the UPDATE button to save your configuration

  6. Publish: Purge your cache and publish the changes to make the loyalty program live on your storefront

Verification

After enabling the app, customers will be able to enroll in your loyalty program, earn points, and redeem rewards on your ecommerce site. Active offers and point balances will display automatically in their cart during checkout.


Important: If you currently have another loyalty app enabled for Treez Ecommerce, you must disable it before activating Treez Loyalty. Only one loyalty integration can be active at a time.
