Scheduled Reporting

What you can configure for email delivery

  • Sales and End of Day reports can be emailed automatically to one or more recipients.

  • Navigate to the Subscriptions secondary tab (Retail Analytics -> Live Feed -> Subscriptions), and select the "+ Add Subscription" button.

  • Select the report(s) you want to be emailed.

  • Select which location(s) will be included in the emailed report.

  • If your organization has more than one location, you can configure each location to be a separate email.

  • Add the email(s) of your recipients, and select "Add"

  • Delivery window: Select any delivery time between 6:00 PM and 5:00 AM, and choose a time zone.

Business day logic

  • Emails sent before midnight reflect same-day results.

  • Emails sent after midnight (within the delivery window) reflect the prior business day to maintain closeout consistency.

Final step is to select Create Subscription. Happy Reporting!

  • If you encounter any issue receiving the scheduled report, have peace of mind in checking its delivery success directly in your Retail Analytics dashboards.

  • Navigate to Retail Analytics -> Live Feed -> Email History
