Overview
Currently, there is no way to merge profiles in Treez Loyalty. Please follow the steps below to address duplicate profiles in Treez Loyalty.
Step 1:
Review both profiles in Treez Loyalty to determine which profile will be the victim or survivor.
Things to consider:
Do they both have point balances?
Is one of the profiles showing an installed status while the other is uninstalled?
Step 2:
Enter the number of points from the victim profile to the survivor profile.
Step 3:
Input a note for the point adjustment and click ‘Apply’.
Step 4:
Select the victim profile, use the ‘Actions’ dropdown, and delete this duplicate profile.
