Create / Sync New Treez Loyalty Type Discount
Step 1: Navigate to Treez Manual Discounts within your POS Dashboard.
Step 2: Select Add Discount in the top right corner.
Step 3: Enter discount information, including:
Discount Title
Global conditions (amount; % vs. $)
Stackability
Type (cart vs line)
Step 4: Enable “Hide Discount Button in POS” — this setting ensures users must redeem discounts through the wallet when applying them in the POS.
Step 5: Select Is Treez Loyalty.
Step 6: Enter the Points Required to Redeem for this discount.
Step 7: Continue through the discount conditions and review.
Step 8: Click Finish to sync the discount with rewards.
Note: Discounts created in Treez POS under Manual Discounts with 'Is Treez Loyalty?' enabled will automatically sync to your Treez Loyalty Dashboard.
To confirm, navigate to your Treez Loyalty Dashboard > Select Loyalty > Treez Cards > Select your Rewards Card > Select Settings to view.
Edit / Sync Existing Discount with Treez Loyalty
Step 1: Locate the existing discount from the discount list.
Step 2: Click Edit from the ellipsis to the left of the discount.
Step 3: On the first screen, select Is Treez Loyalty.
Step 4: Enter the Points Required to Redeem for this discount.
Step 5: Update other conditions as needed, then click Done Editing to sync the discount with rewards.
Delete / Un-Sync Treez Loyalty Discount
To un-sync a discount without deleting:
Step 1: Locate the discount and click Edit.
Step 2: Uncheck Is Treez Loyalty.
Step 3: Click Done Editing.
To un-sync and delete a discount:
Step 1: Locate the discount.
Step 2: Click Delete from the ellipsis to the left.
Step 3: Click Confirm to delete.
