Workflow for addressing duplicate profiles in Treez (Sticky) Loyalty.

Overview

Currently, there is no way to merge profiles in Treez Loyalty. Please follow the steps below to address duplicate profiles in Treez Loyalty.

Step 1:

Review both profiles in Treez Loyalty to determine which profile will be the victim or survivor.

Things to consider:

  1. Do they both have point balances?

  2. Is one of the profiles showing an installed status while the other is uninstalled?

Step 2:

Enter the number of points from the victim profile to the survivor profile.

Step 3:

Input a note for the point adjustment and click ‘Apply’.

Step 4:

Select the victim profile, use the ‘Actions’ dropdown, and delete this duplicate profile.

Note: Customer profiles with a status of Installed cannot be deleted and will throw an error. Please use the steps below to transition the profile to mark it as Not Installed before attempting to delete.

  1. Click into the profile and click on the ‘pencil’ icon to edit the profile.

  2. Click ‘Delete'

  3. Click ‘Remove’

4. Select the victim profile, use the ‘Actions’ dropdown, and delete this duplicate profile.
