Treez Ecommerce Business Address
The addresses shown when customers land on the Treez Ecommerce site or in the Store Locator Page can be changed via the SellTreez Config Page.
To update these addresses, please log in to the shop's SellTreez instance and follow this path: Navigation Menu > Configuration > Config Page > Delivery > Delivery Service Area.
Treez Ecommerce Business Phone Number
The phone number shown on the Treez Ecomm Store Locator Page can be changed via the SellTreez Config Page.
To update this phone number, please log in to the shop's SellTreez instance and follow this path: Navigation Menu > Configuration > Config Page > eCommerce > General Requirements (Legacy and TreezEcommerce).
How Product Names Display on Your Ecommerce Menu
By default, the SKU Name set in SellTreez Catalog is what customers will see on your ecommerce menu. However, you can customize this using the Menu Title field found in the SKU's Ecommerce Information section.
The Menu Title is designed specifically to let you configure a display name that appears on ecommerce β separate from the internal SKU Name used for invoicing, inventory, and point of sale.
What you need to know:
If a Menu Title is configured, that name will display on your ecommerce menu.
If no Menu Title is set, ecommerce will fall back to the SKU Name.
For products with multiple SKUs, you must configure a Menu Title for each SKU individually.
To set a Menu Title, navigate to the product in SellTreez Catalog, open the SKU tab, and enter the desired name in the Menu Title field under the Ecommerce Information section.
