Customize the order in which active automated discounts appear across Treez Ecommerce, SellTreez POS, and the Customer Facing Display.
Previously, discounts could appear in different orders across these experiences. Setting a custom display order creates one consistent order and allows you to prioritize specific promotions.
Set a custom display order
Navigate to Discount Management → Automated Discounts.
Select Set Display Order.
Use the drag handle on the left side of a discount to drag the row to the desired position.
Continue until the discounts appear in your preferred order.
Select Save Order.
Your changes are not applied until you select Save Order. Select Cancel to discard your changes.

Eligible discounts appear from top to bottom based on the order saved in the Automated Discounts overview.
Treez Ecommerce → Promotions
SellTreez POS → Suggestions
Customer Facing Display → Deals
Deals display on touch-enabled devices only
Important behavior
Only active discounts can be sorted by display order.
New discounts are automatically added to the bottom of the list.
Deactivated discounts are removed from the active list.
If an inactive discount is reactivated, it is added to the bottom of the list.
To change the position of a new or reactivated discount, select Set Display Order, move it to the desired position, and save your changes.
Note: The display order determines the sequence of eligible discounts that can be promoted across Treez. It does not determine which discounts appear. Existing eligibility and display rules still apply independently across Treez Ecommerce, POS, or Customer Facing Display. For example, a discount may not appear if its schedule has expired or if it includes customer, purchase, fulfillment, package, or other conditions that are not met or supported for display.
