Give your customer notification emails a look that matches your store. In Treez Ecomm Admin, you can choose a theme, adjust its colors and logos, and preview the result before applying it to an email type.
How to customize an email
Open Treez Ecomm Admin and go to Notification Settings.
Select the email type you want to customize.
Click Choose theme.
Choose from 3 base skins
Brand — store accents
Gray — neutral
Dark — dark background, brand buttons
Or create your own look by expanding Customize to adjust the colors and Customize logo to update the logos. Customization appears only after you change a color or logo. It is the draft of those changes (this browser, this store). It is not a fourth “official” skin and it is not saved to the server until you Apply.
Customize
Customize [skin] Color fields for this email type only (Contact does not show tracker/bag, etc.).
Reset to default — colors only, back to Brand/Gray/Dark. Logos stay.
Customize Logo Header and footer: URL + width. Empty URL = store logo (PNG is uploaded on Apply).
Thumbnails use the current header/footer background.
Reset to default — logos only (empty URLs, widths 96 / 56). Colors stay.
Check the Preview as you make changes.
Click Apply theme to save your changes.
Editing other email types
Once you have saved, you can switch between email types using the dropdown in the top-right corner of the modal and edit another email. Or close the modal and continue on. Apply the theme for each email type you edit; saving one does not automatically save changes to the others.
Starting over
Use Reset to default in a customization section to restore that section’s default settings.
