What should I do if I encounter technical issues while uploading documents?

If you face difficulties uploading documents, check the file size (should be less than 10MB) and ensure the file is in PDF format. Ensure there are no special characters in the name of the file like @ or %. If problems persist, contact customer support for assistance.

What information about my bank account is needed?

Please add information about your account number, routing number, the bank branch address and bank phone number.

Why should I upload a voided check/bank letter?

We require a voided check to confirm your bank account information. If you do not have this, please upload a letter from your bank that contains your account information.

How many account statements do I need?

If your bank account has been operational for over 3 months, we need the latest 3-month bank statements for your account. If your bank account has been open for less than 3 months, you can upload a letter from your bank that confirms your account is open, and the date of opening of your account.

How do I upload multiple (a maximum of 3) statements at the same time?

Click on “Choose Files” and then choose / select all the statement files at the same time. See screenshots below for reference.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not try to upload the files one by one, this action will delete the previously uploaded file.
