What is a 'Doing Business As' (DBA) name?
A DBA name is the business name you use instead of your legal, registered name. It's often used for branding and marketing purposes. Typically, the corporate or registered name of your business will be the name on your EIN, or your registered company tax filings. Your DBA name will usually be the name by which your customers know your store.
Sometimes, your registered name and your DBA name may be the same, in which case, just fill in the name of your dispensary in this field.
How do I fill out the 'Business Address' field?
Enter the street address of your dispensary, including any suite or unit numbers. Please make sure this address is accurate, as it is essential for communication and verification.
I'm seeing some kind of error in the ZIP Code field - can you help?
Check that you've entered a valid 5-digit US Zip Code. If you're still seeing an erorr, check for any extra spaces before or after the zipcode, or any non-numerical text like # or $ or !.
If you're sure that you've entered the right ZipCode and you're still seeing an error, please contact support. In the meantime, don't let this stop you from completing the TreezPay One Application, simply press "Skip" and move on to the next section of the application.
