Question:
How do I reactivate a user in the Latest Version of Treez?
Answer:
Navigate to User Management
Click the 3 dots (...) to the right of the user you wish to reactivate
Select “Activate” from the menu
Once the user is activated, a snackbar will appear in the bottom center of your screen letting you know the user has been reactivated
NOTE: Reactivated users will need to set a new PIN and the users PIN is released when they are deactivated.
