How can I print from anywhere in my physical location?
Answer:
As long as the hardware agent is running, and all cables are connected, and devices are set to ON you can print from any location by choosing that location.
EX: I am at POS 1 but my printer is down. I can scroll to printer locations (located in the top nav of my POS screen) and choose a new printer to print what I need.
NOTE: If the cash drawer is configured to pop when the receipt prints, the cash drawer will also pop "remotely". So, if I'm at POS 1 and POS 2 is printing to the POS 1 location, POS 1 drawer will pop when POS 2 prints to the POS 1 location.
