The Hardware Agent (HWA), is a small window that remains open in the background and allows Treez to talk to your devices (printers, flatbed scanners, barcode scanners etc). If a device that you've been normally using is no longer working, you may need to reset the HWA.
Step 1: Open the Treez HWA by clicking on the small Treez icon located on your Windows taskbar and right-click on the logo in the upper left-hand corner.
NOTE: If you're having trouble locating it, you can type "Treez" into your computers search bar to help surface relevant options.
Step 2: Select Settings > RESET ALL SETTINGS AND EXIT
Step 3: After resetting the HWA, you will need to bring it back up. Again, you can use the search bar on your computer to search "Treez" to bring HWA back up.
Step 4: You'll be prompted to enter in your Treez URL and select the location you want to print from.
Step 5: Click Launch Treez and verify the location at the top of your Hardware Agent is correctly displaying the same location that's displayed in your portal.
