Configuration
To enable the ability to sync METRC lab results navigate to Config Page > Integrations > Sync Lab Results from METRC, and switch on the toggle ‘Enable lab result sync from METRC.
A toggle for 'Sync Lab Results from Metrc' will display in the inventory card under the Lab Results section for cannabis products.
When the inventory card toggle is on, the METRC lab data, including the Lab Testing Facility, Tested Date, and available percentage lab results from METRC, will be imported into Treez for the cannabis package.
In the Config Page, when the secondary toggle ‘Default sync on’ is enabled, the ‘Sync Lab Results from METRC’ toggle in the inventory card is enabled as a default.*
With default sync enabled, you must open the inventory card to initiate the lab data syncing for each package received into Treez.*
If 'Default sync on’ is disabled, the ‘Sync Lab Results from METRC’ toggle in the inventory card will also be disabled by default. You can sync lab results for individual packages by opening the inventory card AND manually enabling the sync toggle.
Editing Lab Results
To edit or delete any lab data synced from Metrc, disable the sync toggle in the inventory card to maintain the manual changes. Keeping the sync enabled while making changes to the synced lab data will overwrite those changes anytime the inventory card is opened again.
Supported Lab Results by Metrc Market
The cannabinoids and terpenes lab types supported in this integration vary by state since the availability of the lab profile in Metrc differs in each market. The lab types below will only import to Treez if Metrc returns a percentage (%) value greater than 0 for that package.
Some supported lab types may not have a lab submitted in Metrc, even if that data is on the COA, so the lab result cannot be synced to Treez if it is unavailable in Metrc. To confirm the lab data submitted for a package in Metrc, go to Packages > Active > expand the package details > Lab Results.
