Using the Treez Ecommerce integration with Stronghold ACH, dispensaries can enable their customers to pay ahead for online orders and even tip the staff, all without having to use cash on-site.
Note: You must have the Stronghold ACH integration set up before tipping can be enabled. If you are not yet using Stronghold, book a call with our payments experts to get set up.
How to Turn On Tipping for Stronghold ACH
The below instructions cover the Treez Ecommerce settings. You will also need to enable tipping in Stronghold for this feature to work. Please contact Stronghold support for further assistance.
Login to your Treez Ecommerce Admin panel and navigate to Settings
Find the Active Apps section of the left sidebar, then click on Stronghold
From the Stronghold page, click the button with the ellipses (...) to the right of the store location you want to enable tipping for
Select Update from the dropdown menu
Under Credential Information, toggle the Allow Tipping config to On (green)
To save your changes for this store, click Save in the bottom right
To save all your changes, click Update in the upper right
To publish your changes, click into the Store Status dropdown menu in the upper right of the header, then click Purge Cache. Wait until you see a success message at the top of the screen before proceeding.

Voila! If the configurations are correct on the Stronghold side, you have now enabled tipping for Treez Ecommerce orders when customers pay using Stronghold ACH.
