Customize Your Kiosk Thank You Page

You can now personalize the Thank You page for your Kiosk orders!

The Kiosk Thank You Page appears after a customer places an order on your in-store kiosk. You can customize this page with a custom image and text to guide customers on where to go next for payment and order pickup.

Accessing the Kiosk Thank You Page in Prismic

  1. Log into Prismic – Open your Prismic Content Management repository.

  2. Create a New Page – Click the "+ Create a new page" button in the top-right corner.

  3. Search for the Template – Type "thank" in the search bar and select Kiosk Thank You Page.

Customizing the Kiosk Thank You Page

Once you've created the page, configure the following elements:

  • Document Title – e.g., "Kiosk Thank You"

  • Image – Upload an icon or image representing your dispensary.

  • Title – The main heading on the page (e.g., "Thank you for your order!")

  • Description – Instructions for customers on where to pick up their order.

  • Order Number Label (Optional) – Default is "Order"; you can customize it (e.g., "Ticket").

  • Total Payment Label (Optional) – Default is "Total Payment"; you can customize it (e.g., "Payment Due").

  • Button Text – Customize the text for the button that returns users to the home screen.

  • Button Type – Choose from different button styles.

Saving & Publishing

Once you've made your changes, click Save & Publish—your Kiosk Thank You Page is now live!
