How to configure product carousels on Treez Ecommerce Kiosk

Overview

Product carousels are now available on the Kiosk Main Menu page. Use them to curate and highlight specific products — like a featured brand, a new product collection, or a "Top Sellers" section — directly on your in-store kiosk. This creates a more consistent shopping experience between your website and kiosk.

This feature is ideal for:

  • Spotlighting a specific brand or brand family

  • Featuring a curated product collection (e.g., staff picks, new arrivals, seasonal items)

  • Surfacing promoted or high-margin products to in-store shoppers

  • How to configure each carousel's display settings, filters, and sort order

Before You Start

The same configuration options available for website carousels apply here. See:

How to Add Carousels to Your Kiosk Main Menu

Step 1: Open your Kiosk Main Menu document in Prismic

Navigate to the Kiosk Main Menu document in your Prismic CMS.

Step 2: Go to the Product Carousels section

Click the '+' to add a Kiosk Product Carousel slice. This is a repeatable section — you can add as many carousels as you need.

Step 3: Configure the Kiosk Products Carousel

Each entry supports the same configuration fields available for website carousels, including:

  • Carousel title

  • Category and attribute filters

  • Sort order

  • See All link

  • Display options (e.g., number of products shown)

Step 4: Configure each carousel

Use the display settings, product group, and attribute filter options to define what appears in each carousel. See the related articles above for a full walkthrough of each configuration option.

Step 5: Save and publish

Click Save then Publish to make your carousels live on the kiosk.

⚠️ Using "See All" links on the Kiosk page

If you're configuring a "See All" link with query parameters on the Kiosk page, keep two things in mind:

1. Path format: The Kiosk page already uses /shop as its base path. Your See All link should include only the portion after /shop. For example: ?flavors=BERRY&page=1&generals=RATIO

2. Behavior: The "See All" link does not navigate to a new page. It applies the specified query parameters to the current page, filtering the product results displayed below the carousel.
