Follow the instructions below to add a tag in Tag Management.
Adding a Tag
Navigate to the Tag Management page by clicking the Organization Settings icon (gear icon) in the lower-left corner of the screen, then select Tag Management.
Locate the tag group where you want to add a tag (for example, “Discount Reason” or “Customer Group”).
Click the three vertical dots to the right of the tag group name and select Add Tag.
In the Create Tag window, enter the name of your new tag.
Click Add Tag to save the new tag.
