How do I schedule a Weekly discount in Treez?
Answer:
Follow the steps below to schedule an automated discount in Treez.
Scheduling a Discount
Navigate to the Discounts module from the left-hand sidebar.
On the Automated Discounts page, locate the discount you want to schedule.
Click the three vertical dots next to the discount name, then select Edit.
In the left-hand menu, click Schedule Discount.
If scheduling is not already enabled, toggle on Add Schedule to begin.
Set the Schedule for First Occurence
IMPORTANT: The discount will apply every day between the First Start Date and First End Date.
When scheduling the First Occurence for Weekly Deals such as Flower Friday:
The First Start Date should be the same as the First End Date.
The End Date can be specified in the Recurrence Section outlined below.
First Occurrence Start: Set the date and time when the discount should begin.
All Day: Leave this checked for all-day discounts, or uncheck to set a specific time window for Happy Hour Discounts. Example: 2-5pm on Fridays.
Example: All Day on Friday (One Day Only - Recurrence Does not Repeat)
Example: Friday Happy Hour 2-5pm (One Day Only - Recurrence Does not Repeat)
Set Recurrence
To make the discount repeat:
Open the Recurrence dropdown and choose from:
Daily
Weekly on current weekday
Monthly (by date or weekday)
Annually
Every weekday
Custom
Example: Weekly on Fridays (Never Ends)
Select Recurrence: Weekly on Fridays
Example: Weekly on Fridays WITH Defined End Date
Set Recurrence to Custom
Set Repeat Interval to 1 x per Week
Select Friday
Specify End Date
End Conditions of Recurrence
You can choose one of the following:
Never – The discount will continue indefinitely.
On Date – Set a specific end date.
After Number of Occurrences – Automatically stop the discount after a defined number of uses.
Example: Weekly on Fridays (Ends after 4 Fridays)
Once your schedule is configured, click Done Editing, then Confirm to save your changes. Your discount will now follow the schedule you’ve set.
