Virtual Terminal Enhancements for Treez POS Use Cases
While the majority of SellTreez POS x TreezPay customers will still leverage POS Checkout for in-store workflows, there is undoubtedly utility in the new Virtual Terminal for Treez POS users with delivery, curbside, and floating budtender models.
That is, the TreezPay Portal and Virtual Terminal are designed to be more light-weight than POS with the purpose of delivering payments across all pay types through a uniform user experience, and reconciling payment status accurately and quickly. Because of this, the Virtual Terminal is a great tool for performing integrated payments when user mobility is key.
To better support mobile experiences for Treez POS customers, we have introduced an "Unpaid Tickets" sub-module within the Virtual Terminal experience. Unpaid Tickets is intended to mirror the POS fulfillment board; filtered on unpaid tickets.
With the introduction of the Treez Unpaid Ticket view, Treez users on the go can quickly locate an already created ticket and select "checkout." This will automatically navigate the user back into the Virtual Terminal payment flow with the Treez ticket details, amount, and customer context already attached.
Upon completion, the Treez ticket will be automatically marked "PAID" in Treez where a fulfillment user can verify and close the ticket.
