TreezPay Virtual Terminal now supports Unpaid Ticket lookups, empowering retailers to fetch unpaid SellTreez POS tickets directly within the TreezPay Portal and complete payments through the Virtual Terminal interface. This feature is purpose-built for mobile-first workflows—ideal for delivery drivers, curbside attendants, or any staff accepting payment away from a dedicated POS terminal.

By surfacing unpaid SellTreez tickets in Virtual Terminal, retailers can now:

  • Quickly initiate payment on any outstanding POS ticket using integrated card or ACH flows

  • Maintain seamless data integrity, with payment status updates now persisting all the way back to SellTreez on payment completion

  • Avoid POS dependency, making this ideal for floating budtender or on-the-go fulfillment operations

🧠 What to Know

  • Supports ALL payment methods - card present and card not present

  • Treez Ticket status updated to ā€œPaid, but not Completedā€ - A POS user is still required to complete the ticket similar to current pre-paid workflows.

  • No shift/drawer assignment - If paid via Virtual Terminal and completed directly in fulfillment these totals will fall under Cash > Daily Totals > No Shift Association for the day.

  • Payment Amount Attributes are logged both in TreezPay Portal and Sell Treez reports.
