Due to recent regulatory changes regarding what content is permissible in 10DLC transactional SMS messages, we are required to use pre-approved message templates for all transactional texts. This ensures compliance with current telecommunications guidelines and protects delivery rates across carriers.

What This Means for You
Effective the June 10, 2025:
❌ Custom SMS copy for transactional messages will no longer be supported.
❌ The customization tools within the Treez eCommerce admin dashboard will be removed.
✅ Pre-approved transactional message templates will be automatically applied to ensure compliance.

All transactional SMS messages will follow these standardized formats:
ORDER CONFIRMED

ORDER READY
