How to Manage Your Wireless Network Connections

If you're experiencing connectivity issues with your Terminal at the POS, and all permissions have been granted for the user, you may be experiencing network connectivity issues.

Follow these steps to manage and reconnect to the correct network:

  1. Open Settings

    • Begin by accessing the "Settings" menu on your device.

  2. Open WLAN

    • Navigate to and select "WLAN" to view available wireless networks.

  3. Access Saved Networks

    • Tap the "Gear" icon located in the top right corner of the WLAN menu.

    • Select "Saved Networks" from the options.

  4. Forget Unnecessary Networks

    • Click on each network listed under "Saved Networks" and select "FORGET." Ensure you also forget the correct network temporarily.

  5. Reconnect to the Correct Network

    • Return to the WLAN menu and reconnect to the desired network.

  6. Troubleshoot Connection Issues

    • If the network continuously connects and disconnects, this could indicate an incorrect password entry.

    • Double-check the network password and try again.

  7. Network Compatibility

    • Note that your device connects only to 2.4GHz networks. Ensure the correct network is configured to this frequency.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your wireless network connections and resolve any connectivity issues.
