Step 1: Go to your Loyalty Dashboard: https://app.stickycards.co/
Step 2: Open the Customers module, search for the customer, and select their profile.
Note: You can locate customers by their name, phone number, or email address.
Step 3: Select the “+” or “–” in the Bonus Balance box to increase or decrease the
customer’s point balance.
Step 4: Enter the number of points you’d like to add or subtract, then click “Apply.”
Step 5: Success! The customer’s rewards balance has been updated. 🎉
